（基金招募说明书节选）

1、基金募集申请经中国证监会核准后，基金管理人应当在基金份额发售的三日前，将招募说明书、基金合同摘要登载在指定报刊和网站上；基金管理人、基金托管人应当将基金合同、基金托管协议登载在网站上。

2、基金管理人应当就基金份额发售的具体事宜编制基金份额发售公告，并在披露招募说明书的当日登载于指定报刊和网站上。

3、基金管理人应当在基金合同生效的次日在指定报刊和网站上登载基金合同生效公告。

4、基金合同生效后，基金管理人应当在每六个月结束之日起四十五日内，更新招募说明书并登载在网站上，将更新后的招募说明书摘要登载在指定报刊上。基金管理人应当在公告的十五日前向中国证监会报送更新招募说明书，并就有关更新内容提供书面说明

Disclosure of Information about Fund Offering

1. After the application for fund offering is approved by CSRC, the Fund Manager shall disclose the summaries of the prospectus and the fund contract on the specified newspaper and website three days before the offering of Units; and the Fund Manager and the Fund Custodian shall disclose the fund contract and the fund custody agreement on the specified website.

2. The Fund Manager shall prepare a document about the offering of Units and disclose the document on the specified newspaper and website on the day in question of the disclosure of prospectus.

3. On the second day after the fund contract becomes effective, the Fund Manager shall make an announcement about the effectiveness of the fund contract on the specified newspaper and website.

4. After the fund contract becomes effective, the Fund Manager shall update the prospectus, announce the updated prospectus in its website, and publish the updated prospectus on the specified newspaper within 45 days from the end of each six months. Fifteen days before announcement, the Fund Manager shall submit the updated prospectus to CSRC and provide written instructions on the relevant updated contents.
