Implementation
of Madrid Trademark
International Registration Measures comes into force in June 1.
The Implementation of Madrid Trademark International Registration
Measures, together with the Provisions on Identification and Protection
of Famous Trademarks, as well as the Registration and Management
of Collective Marks and Certification Marks Measures, was adopted
upon review by the State Administration for Industry and Commerce
of the PRC on April 17, 2003, which comes into force as of June
1, 2003.
