国际投资争议解决中心（International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes,简称ICSID）是根据1965年华盛顿《解决国家与他国国民间投资争议公约》（Convention on the Settlement of Investment Disputes Between States and Nationals of Other States，简称《华盛顿公约》）设立的，是世界银行所属的根据《华盛顿公约》专门处理国家与他国国民之间的投资争议的国际机构，总部设在美国华盛顿。
截止2003年3月26日，签署该公约的国家已达154个，其中139个国家已经批准了该公约。我国1990年2月9日签署该公约，1993年1月7日批准该公约，1993年2月6日正式加入该公约。 >>>> English
